The artwork department at Arena Sports USA is available to help create the design customers want at no additional cost!

 

However, in certain cases designs that are more complex (have multiple logos, have multiple imprint colors, etc.) will have a small quoted fee. If you would like to match an existing design, the best form of matching is through the vectored art file.

 

We recommend submitting finished art in “.ai” (Adobe Illustrator), “.cdr” (CorelDraw), or “.eps” (Encapsulated PostScript) for the fastest artwork approval. Bitmap image formats such as “.jpg”, “.gif”, “.png”, “.tif” or “.psd” are also acceptable if saved as high resolution (5 MB and above).

 

Images from the web (social media, web pages, etc.) are rarely suitable for high resolution printing. Also, images embedded in word processing documents (such as Microsoft Word) are usually too small to be reproduced accurately.

 

Please allow extra time for custom artwork. Please do not ask us to reproduce copyrighted artwork unless you are the owner or acting as an agent of the owner.

 

Artwork must be approved (electronically) by the customer in order to proceed to production; once approved, no changes can be made. Arena Sports USA is committed to making sure the customer is pleased with their artwork and is willing to work with the customer until we do so.
